1. General Refund Policy
Grind My Weed provides refunds for manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 60 days of purchase. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.

2. Refund Process

• Submit proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• Ship the product back to us.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

3. Lost Package Claims
Claims for lost packages are accepted within 60 days of the shipping date.

4. Performance Guarantee
We guarantee our grinders’ functional performance for the product’s lifetime under proper use for tobacco, herbs, and other legal materials. Products failing this guarantee may be returned for a full refund, including shipping costs with proof of purchase.

5. Exclusions
This policy does not cover damage from:

• Misuse or accidental drops
• Cosmetic wear like scratches or chipping
• Use of improper cleaning agents (only isopropyl alcohol and distilled water are recommended).
